I Welcome you to an Uplifting Experience of Connection
WHY? After suffering from a stroke in 2015 at the age of 25, I went through an intense process of recovery and my own sort of social isolation. I have a lot of experience with being alone during times of stress and I know how difficult and yet also empowering it can be for our psyche. For those of you who are making the choice to self-isolate right now due to underlying health issues or perhaps you are just feeling isolated whether or not you are physically alone, I am writing this love note to you. I know that spending this much time inside and by yourself can bring up all the things--grief, shame, joy, surprise, confusion. It's all valid. It's all welcome. I know I wish I had guidance and community during my time of healing 5 years ago. This is what I want to provide for you--FREE Bi-Weekly online sessions where you can feel free and safe to show up as you are, express yourself, find some peace, some solace, some support. In these sessions we will explore ways to connect more deeply to ourselves, each other and our environment to build resilience and wisdom during uncertain times. As a certified nature and forest therapy guide, and intuitive healer, I am here to serve you in whatever capacity I am able.
WHO? These sessions are open to anyone in the world but are specifically geared toward those who are socially isolating or feel socially isolated. (Which is most of us, I would imagine).
WHAT? During our connection calls, will explore a particular theme that we might be experiencing--opportunity, loss, boredom, revelation. There will be guided activities during these sessions that may include but are not limited to guided meditation, circle sharing, journaling, physical movement, and sorts of other goodies.
WHERE? HOW IT WORKS - 5 EASY STEPS 1. Register for the time(s) available through this link. Only 10 guests per call as these calls are highly personalized and we will spend a lot of time connecting and getting to know one another. 2. Download the Zoom app: www.zoom.us to the device you'd like to use for the call 3. Find a comfortable place where you can sit or get up and move a bit 4. Make sure you have good reception, headphones and that your device is charged so that you have enough battery or are plugged in for the whole session 1.5 hours 5. Join the call at the designated time (instructions will be sent through e-mail)
